We roast to bring out the sweet side of each coffee, in each cup. Our approach is both part of the third American wave and that, more modern, of European coffee. We assure the quality of each batch and we guarantee the quality of this coffee that we have bagged for you. Every day, we only drink our coffee and never stop, because the future belongs to those who get up early. We are constantly pushing the limits, looking for unparalleled clarity of flavor.
We opened tunnel espresso bar in 2013 when the owner was tired of drinking bad coffee downtown. We set the bar for high quality coffee in Montreal and the rest is history.
