TRAFFIC Coffee Crew

While demonstrating all the happiness and pleasure that coffee brings, they wish to discover the best producers on the planet, those who lead the revolution with new varieties of beans and new processes.

What’s TRAFFIC Coffee Crew’s story?

Traffic Coffee Crew was created out of a professional thunderbolt between a somewhat naive coffee lover (Greg) and the coffee professional (Jesse) who decided to complement each other, for better and for worse!

It all started with an airplane flight. Greg was on his way home from yet another trip to the West Coast. He took a sip of this foul brown water on the plane, which some dare to call coffee, before quickly losing the taste of finishing the portion served. This one sip was a great reminder that the majority of humans use coffee in a strictly utilitarian way. A dose of energy. He then realized that he needed to explore, want to taste, brew and experiment more on coffee than he had done to date.

For several years, Greg had a great curiosity about where the coffee beans came from, enough to ask questions from baristas across the country and the United States, even going so far as to read books on the subject.

Greg and Jesse, two completely opposite guys, met and connected with the ticket to the world's most complex and volatile beverage. This connection was able to light a fire, a tiny explosion in the universe, which gave birth to what is now a constant mission to democratize and make discover, season after season, coffee beans that they believe to be part of the best on the planet. Whether it's a simple, delicate Costa Rican coffee with a golden semi-washed process, or an explosive, furious Ethiopian with an anaerobic process… They believe that everything should be drunk and experienced with great joy, thanks to the gods of coffee.

Rapid-fire questions!

Why did you choose coffee?  ?  For the love of the game.

What’s your "Tt factor"?  Greg's muscles and Jesse's permanent smile are only amplified by the color of our bags.

Your Top 3…:

…in coffee? French press, cortado or manual filter. We’re always serious about that question !

…roaster? We’d like to say Escape, Zab and Structure, but they are so terrible 

…mentor or your greatest inspiration? Dalaï Lama, Maurice “Rocket” Richard et Michael Scott

You are…

Washed or natural? We’re not sexists.

Espresso or filter? We’re not racists.
