Pierre-Antoine Simoneau

After starting his career in technology and finance, notably in mergers and acquisitions, Pierre-Antoine turned to the world of distribution and retailing, particularly in the world of coffee, where he found his X.

​

He studied business administration and international commerce, and has obtained certifications in securities and six sigma quality control. In his spare time, he is involved with the Cercle de la Fondation de l'hôpital Ste-Justine, a cause that is particularly close to his heart.

Mathieu Choquette

Sales Coordinator and Merchant Relations

Mathieu was destined for a career in scientific research in the field of health biochemistry, but when the chance to work in the world of coffee presented itself, he didn't have to think about it for long.

​

A member of The New Coffee Wave team since 2021, Mathieu is the roasters' main ally, directly overseeing the growth of their sales volume within our retail and online sales network. In addition to holding a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the Université de Sherbrooke, he completed studies in relationship sales at HEC Montréal.

Mathieu Leblond

Partner, roaster and banner relations, logistics

Mathieu has been working in agri-food sales and distribution for over 18 years, having worked with many of the world's leading beverage brands, taking on regional and then national responsibilities. A seasoned manager and marketing strategist, he has maintained strong growth throughout his career. 

​

He is one of the co-founders of The New Coffee Wave and a driving force behind its success. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the United States, where he was a top-level tennis player. 

Camille Dodd

Partner, Business Development​
 

Camille is one of the co-founders of The New Coffee Wave, an industry in which he has been active for over a decade, having created and then sold a major coffee company in Canada and the United States.

With a strong entrepreneurial background, he combines a solid range of skills essential to the success of start-up and growing companies: regulatory strategy, marketing and digital, import and export logistics, sustainability, recruitment and personnel management, as well as administrative and financial affairs.

Pierre Dandoy

Partner, Retail and Strategy

Pierre has devoted his entire career to retailing, distribution and enriching the customer experience wherever he has held executive roles - from Rona to Walmart, and from Maxi to Provigo. A great strategist, his advice and experience are sought by entrepreneurs and market leaders alike.

​

A director of several companies, he sits on the board of one of Canada's largest importers and distributors of wines and spirits. Over the years, he has also been involved in numerous philanthropic and charitable initiatives in the fields of health, culture, sport and social security.

Hugues Mousseau

Partner, Public Affairs and Strategy

Hugues has a long track record in media relations, government relations, communications and corporate strategy. For over 20 years, he has advised organizations of all sizes in these fields, in addition to investing financially to support talented young entrepreneurs in sectors as varied as renewable energies, e-commerce and tourism.

​

Hugues holds master's degrees in business administration, public administration and corporate strategy and innovation, in addition to having completed undergraduate studies in law and political science. Along with travel and sport, coffee is one of his greatest interests.
