DESCRIPTION

 

Structure's first Ethiopian coffee comes from the town of Aleta Wendo in southern sidama. In line with Ethiopian customs, farmers deliver coffee cherries at the washing station located in town. Therefore, this coffee was named after the city where it is transformed. Being close to Yirgacheffe in the gedeo zone, the cup profile is quite similar: powerful, floral and delicate. More specifically, you will find aromas of jasmine, honey and peach.
