DESCRIPTION

 

Decaffeinated using a natural process that does not include any chemicals, our caffeine-free option will meet your highest taste expectations. Indeed, this coffee was treated with ethyl acetate, a derivative produced from sugar cane. Once the caffeine is extracted from the bean, the essential oils that had also been removed during the decaffeination process are reintroduced into the bean to allow it to keep its rich taste. To guarantee a quality product, this coffee was tasted blind to ensure the complexity of its taste. Produced from several small farms in Colombia, this coffee is made from two varieties of coffee, Castillo and Caturra.
