A specialty coffee has an aromatic complexity (recognized aromatic impressions when tasting this coffee), specific growing and harvesting conditions. The micro-roasters pay particular attention to the entire transformation process, thereby offering you coffee with very few flaws.

DESCRIPTION

Eighty years ago,  Diego's great-grandfather planted his first coffee tree. Since then, it is the livelihood that allows them to survive. It is the only plantation in the region that can give them enough work to meet our needs.

Gregorio lives in Las Mesas, one of the most remote villages from the center of Mataquescuintla. Perched at an altitude of 1900 meters, he cultivates a small plot of 3 hectares alongside his brother René and their brother-in-law, Irineo Ramirez.
