A specialty coffee has an aromatic complexity (recognized aromatic impressions when tasting this coffee), specific growing and harvesting conditions. The micro-roasters pay particular attention to the entire transformation process, thereby offering you coffee with very few flaws.

DESCRIPTION

Juliana Morales Vasquez & Glendy Ramírez are both located deep inside the Guatemalan mountains of Huehuetenango.

Situated deep in the jungle, they are producing a minimum amount of coffee a year just to cover their basic costs of living. They try to survive due to the lack of human pricing for coffee.

Our instinct was soon rewarded. The coffee we received from Glendy is one of the sweetest guatemalan red bourbon we tasted so far.  The coffee is crisp, clean, sweet with a concord grape finish. One of the great espresso/cortado we had from guatemala.
