A specialty coffee has an aromatic complexity (recognized aromatic impressions when tasting this coffee), specific growing and harvesting conditions. The micro-roasters pay particular attention to the entire transformation process, thereby offering you coffee with very few flaws.

DESCRIPTION

This coffee comes to us by way of the Long Miles Coffee Project whose aim, very succinctly, is to improve and enrich the lives of coffee farmers in Burundi by helping producers improve the quality of their coffee.

In the cup, we get toffee, pear and vanilla flavors, reminding us of a pear tarte Tatin. It seemed a fitting addition to our line-up with the fall season fast approaching.
