DESCRIPTION

 

This washed coffee will remind you of the mulled red wine found in the fall and winter markets in some European countries. It will reveal sweet and spicy notes, especially if you serve using filter methods (V60, Chemex, French press …). If you’re going to serve it as espresso, fine tuning of of your grind and managing your extraction will be important.
