This single-origin coffee was grown by a number of small landholders in the highlands of Bensa, and sun-dried on raised African beds at the Tariku Mirado processing station - a part of the esteemed Moplaco sorting network, from which it takes its name.
You can expect a cup that stands out the way a natural Ethiopian should: very clean, good body, nuanced, fruity and vibrant.
Coffee can be made however which way you like, but due to the medium/light roast and its fruitiness, this Ethiopian shines through drip and pour-over.
